Department-specific Review Items or Description
  1. 中文自傳 (必繳) / Autobiography in Chinese (Required)
    自傳中除了個人經歷與特質，請具體說明跨域學習與合作、與數位科技應用、社會或環境關懷、創新思維與實踐實作之課程學習學歷程心得與反思。
    In addition to describing personal background, experiences, and characteristics, applicants should specifically reflect on and discuss their learning experiences related to: Interdisciplinary learning and collaboration, Application of digital technologies, Social or environmental engagement and concern, Innovative thinking and practical implementation.
  2. 中文讀書計畫書 (必繳) / Study Plan in Chinese (Required)
    包括就讀護理學系的就讀動機、學習計畫以及未來生涯規劃。
    The study plan should include: Motivation for applying to the Department of Nursing, Academic and learning goals, Future career plans.
  3. 華語及英語語言能力證明書或相關證明文件 (必繳) / Chinese and English Language Proficiency Certificates or Supporting Documents (Required)
  4. 取得醫療相關技能證照，或參與醫護相關之社團活動或組織並擔任幹部 (選繳) / Healthcare-Related Certifications or Leadership Experience (Optional)
    如心肺復甦術證照或其他證明。
    Examples include: Basic Life Support (BLS) / Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or other relevant healthcare certifications; Participation in healthcare-related clubs, organizations, or volunteer groups, particularly with leadership experience.
  5. 其他有利審查資料 (選繳) / Other Supporting Documents (Optional)
    特殊表現或成就相關證明文件。
    Documentation demonstrating outstanding achievements, special talents, awards, or other accomplishments that may support the application.
※ 語文能力要求 / Language Proficiency Requirements :
  • 華語 / Chinese Proficiency:
    華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)高階級(level 4)或新漢語水平考試(New HSK)6級以上之證明。
    Applicants must provide proof of one of the following: Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) Advanced Level (Level 4) or above; or New HSK Level 6 or above.
  • 英語 / English Proficiency:
    英語文檢定測驗(TOEIC)550分以上或同等級英語能力以上之證明。
    Applicants must provide proof of: TOEIC score of 550 or above; or Equivalent English proficiency certification.
